I can't say enough good things about Speak Dog.
As first time dog owners, we weren't sure where to begin with his training. After Arnold's first stay at Board and Train, which lasted about a month, he was a completely different dog! Krystal and her team then worked with us one-on-one in private lessons to further teach us their positive reinforcement training techniques and to learn how to read Arnold's body language. They are quick to respond, give me updates during Arnold's stay, and most importantly they provide him with care and training that has truly made him a happier dog. Qona (Kona) has attended group and individual training with Krystal and her other Speak Dog trainers since she was just months old. The training has always been informative, easy to follow and very productive. Qona, now 5 years old, is by far one of the best trained dogs I've ever owned and I owe it to the tools and foundation laid by the training with Krystal and her staff. Even 5 years later, and not doing near the training we used to do, Qona is well mannered and follows those basic commands we all need our furry friends to follow.

Because of the expert training we received from Krystal, Angel and I went on to earn close to 100 AKC Titles, which included 4 AKC Championships (1 in Agility and 4 in Rally). Angel also earned her APDT C.L.A.S.S. Series PhD with Honors, as well as the AMSC Versatility Award.Without Krystal’s expertise, we wouldn’t of been able to go as far as we did in Competition. Krystal Ellingson provided us with a strong foundation.
