This course offers instruction on concepts necessary to pass a therapy dog certification. It also provides education on the dog/ handler therapy dog team. The class instructor is a certified therapy dog evaluator and will be glad to evaluate your dog at the end of the series.
This course is for dogs who already have their Canine Good Citizen certification.
This course will meet in the Arts & Crafts Room as well as outside in Howard Amon Park, just behind the Richland Community Center, and will possibly have field trips to therapy locations.
