Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Speak Dog we want you to get the most out of our training services.  That said, we must work together for you to attain the results you seek.  At present, our policy for refunds and/or cancellations is as follows:

Private Lessons – Once your payment has been processed we have a “no refund” policy. Exceptions to this policy require management approval and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  Please note that, in lieu of a refund, training time may be transferred to another dog or, in some cases, to another client if the purchaser so wishes.

Group Classes – Refunds are not given once you begin the first session of a class.  If you become aware, prior to the first session, that you will not be able to attend please contact Speak Dog immediately. We can be reached by email at info@speakdogtricities.com or via phone at 509-531-1130. We will discuss options for transferring your registration fee to a future class.

Also, please note that there are no makeup sessions or refunds for participants that are absent during a scheduled Group Class session nor are refunds given for clients who elect to withdraw from the Group Class after the first session begins.

Workshops or seminars – Workshop and seminar fees are non-refundable. Please make arrangements to attend on the scheduled date and time to get the most from the experience.

Behavior Modification Services  Behavior modification and training/learning is not guaranteed therefore no refunds are given once training has commenced.  Should you wish to cancel service you are welcome to do so, however no fees will be returned.

Guarantee – Speak Dog LLC only guarantees that we will provide the designated and agreed upon amount of time and service to the customer and/or their dog.
